Exploration
A multi-tenant Next.js 14 platform where the consulting team pre-loads a client engagement (six assessment dimensions, ~45 questions), invites respondents via magic-link email, and accumulates structured answers in Supabase. Respondents complete at their own pace with auto-saved progress. Once submissions are in, one click invokes Claude to synthesise all responses into a co-branded executive briefing — consensus findings, divergent views, top AI opportunities, readiness gaps, and a recommended engagement path. The auth and report flows support dual-branding — consulting firm logo alongside the client's identity.

Risks

Founder Notes
Co-branding — showing both the consulting firm's logo and the client's identity — is a small implementation detail with outsized perception impact. The six-dimension structure maps well to real discovery conversations. Active question is whether one-click synthesis is production-ready, or needs a consultant edit pass before delivery.
